What insurances do you take and what is your self pay rate?

I am in network with BCBS, Aetna, United, Tricare and Cigna. Please check with your insurance company to confirm benefits before your appointment. My self pay rates are $160 for intake and $135 for sessions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments must be cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or a late cancellation fee will apply. If you need to change your appointment, email me at renee@reneepughtherapy.com.
